The Space:
The Bougie Buffalo is an elegant 8 bedroom, 8 bath, private home that sleeps up to 36! It’s located inThe Villas of Frangista, a safe, gated community in Frangista Beach. This home is 3 stories tall, and is right at the front of the neighborhood! It features brand new, boho chic décor and too many features to list, (check out the home features list below for more details), including a 3rd floor kitchenette and bar! There’s a private, saltwater pool in the backyard, and also a neighborhood community pool. The community is located off of scenic highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tail restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart to the infamous Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, (home to 110 designer and name brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, a Winn-Dixie, gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

-VIEW LAYOUT and BEDROOM DETAILS:
1ST FLOOR:
KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. Its bold design features both white and dark green cabinetry, with modern gold accents. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a large counter-height bar with at least 8 bar stools. It has a view of the back screened-in patio, and the pool in the backyard.
DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just past the home entryway. It has TWO beautiful tables connected with seating for 16 people. It is just before the kitchen and bar, so anyone sitting at the bar stools will not be far from the rest of the family.
LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has large windows with a view of the back screened-in patio, and pool in the backyard. It has 3 full-sized couches and a mounted 55-inch flat screen TV.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the dining room to the right after walking in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.
HALF BATH #8: located just inside the front door to the right.
BACK SCREENED-IN PATIO and OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Located off the back of the home, off of the living room and kitchen, is a large and cozy screened-in patio space. It includes a smaller, secondary kitchenette, an outdoor dining table, and a living space with a mounted flat screen tv. All protected from the sun and weather.
BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, gas grill, and several lounge chairs. There is a HOT TUB SPA, and the private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.
2ND FLOOR:
2ND FLOOR KITCHENETTE AND SITTING AREA: 3 round tables and seating for 6. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, sink and Keurig.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.

This home is located in the private gated neighborhood Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, FL. The Bougie Buffalo is just about two blocks from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Villas of Frangista also offers its own Private Deeded Beach Access.

Other things to note:
Private beach access only provides access to the beach. There is no: parking, restrooms, showers, easy access ramps, restaurants, or playgrounds at the private beach access.
There are two large public beach access points with all the amenities you'll need for a day at the beach within one mile of the home, located at Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tale.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via golf cart! Some folks also enjoy walking to the private deeded beach access at the end of Hollywood St.
