The Space:
The Casa Esmeralda is a luxurious 4 Bedroom, 4 bathroom, private home that sleeps up to 14 guests. As you enter the house, you will be greeted by the grandeur of the winding staircase, adding a touch of elegance to the coastal charm. The spacious living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The beach-inspired decor and soothing color palette will instantly make you feel relaxed and at ease. Step outside to your own private oasis. The outdoor space features a sparkling pool where you can cool off and soak up the sun. The attached spa is perfect for unwinding after a long day of beach activities.

The home is located in an upscale, private, gated community called Destiny West. The neighborhood is right across the street from the Crab Trap beach access and restaurant! It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months and also comes with a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart. Get to the beach access in less than 1 minute on the golf cart, or in less than 5 minutes if you walk! Inside the community, is a large community pool with restrooms, tennis and basketball court, a gym, and a hot tub. This home is within 2 miles of several restaurants, a gas station, a large outdoor shopping mall (The Destin Commons), a Publix, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and much more.

KITCHEN:This kitchen maximizes functionality with a kitchen island and bar seating for 4. Included are Stainless Steel, Samsung appliances and a 5 burner gas range, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. It is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families.

DINING ROOM: A formal dining room table is adjacent to the kitchen and can seat up to 8 guests. Not only can you see the Tv from this space, it also has a front-row view of the backyard and pool.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has a full-sized sofa, a loveseat and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55 inch, 4K, flat screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1:It has a queen sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower.

BATHROOM #4: This is an easily accessible half bath.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located downstairs is a washer and a dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.

BACKYARD: Your own lake-front oasis awaits you. Enjoy the saltwater pool and spa or take advantage of the home’s beautiful dock over the lake.



2ND FLOOR:



BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom has a King-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, accent chair, and a flat-screen tv. It has its own spacious, private bathroom with a shower and a freestanding tub. It is complete with a private balcony that boasts a lake view.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen tv. This attached bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.

BEDROOM #4: This room is a bunk room that includes a full/full bunk, dresser and flat screen tv.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

This home is pet-friendly up to 30lb size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval prior to booking

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
