The community is located off of Scenic Highway 98, close to the popular Whale’s Tail restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart to the infamous Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall (home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, a Winn-Dixie, a gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

KITCHEN: This kitchen is fully stocked and ready for making meals for families. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is a counter-height bar with 5 bar stools.
DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just across from the kitchen. It seats 6 comfortably.
LIVING ROOM w/ Bunk Beds: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. There are plenty of comfortable seating options. This area is also where there is a full/full bunk bed. You can access the backyard and the beautiful pool from the living room.
BEDROOM #1: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV.
BATHROOM #1: This is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is accessible from the hallway. Bedrooms #1 and #2 share this bathroom.
BEDROOM #2: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat-screen TV.
BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom. There is also a separate door that leads to a twin/twin bunk bed.
LAUNDRY ROOM: has full-size washer and dryer
BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There are several lounge chairs. The private saltwater pool has a kiddy shelf that includes an umbrella and can be heated in the cooler months.

-Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.
BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College & underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules.

50% of the total rent is due to secure a home. Final Balance Due: The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid 60 days before arrival
-Damage Waiver: $199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

GOLF CART:
-Free Golf Cart Included with Rental. Some Exclusions may apply. Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or student groups.
PETS:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.
PARKING:
-ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. “3” CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
CANCELLATIONS:
-We offer a cancellation policy: If a reservation is canceled 60 days before arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days before arrival, there are no refunds.

"Great Pool! - Such an amazing private pool! The backyard is like a private oasis and was very modern and very nice. The house is cozy and updated and clean. The beach is so close, it’s just outside the neighborhood and a quick stroll from a few restaurants and the outlet mall too.
Communication was great with the hosts.
