The home can accommodate your family and friends comfortably with 5 large king suites, or in the large bunk room with two queen bunks and 2 twin bunks. When it’s mealtime, pull a chair up to the 10-foot family dining table, or take a seat at the bar with seating on 3 sides. This comfortably allows for 18 people to dine together! Unpack your bags and take a short walk to the 12,000 square foot, lagoon-style pool. There are also plenty of nearby shops and restaurants for you to enjoy during your stay. 1ST FLOOR:
LIVING ROOM: The living room is the first thing you enter when you walk in the front door. The leather sectional couch seats 6 people. There is also a bar area in this space that has a drink cooler and Keurig.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: Through the living room to the left is bedroom #1. It includes a King size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen. It also has its own private bathroom with a double sink vanity and a stand-up shower.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: To the right of the living room is bedroom #2. It includes a King size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a double sink vanity and a stand-up shower.
BATHROOM (HALF BATH) #7: Down the hall to the right, past bedroom #2 there is a half bath.
LAUNDRY: down the hall, near the half bath is a full laundry room.
FRONT PORCH: This large wrap-around front porch seats 6 people.
GARAGE + CARPORT: The garage is accessible to guests and has space for 1 car to park. The carport can fit 4 vehicles.
2ND FLOOR:
KITCHEN: When you get to the 2nd floor, take a left and you’ll come right into this spacious kitchen. It comes fully stocked and equipped with all the normal amenities and appliances, plus some extras! It has a double oven, gas stove, large commercial fridge, 2 ice makers, and a wine and beverage cooler. The center island bar seats 8 people.
LIVING ROOM #2: If you walk straight past the kitchen, you will walk right into the living room. This cozy living space seats 6 people and has a large flat screen tv. There is also balcony access to a 2nd floor balcony off of the living room.
BALCONY: This 2nd floor balcony off of the living room is pretty spacious. It has an outdoor dining table that seats 6 people.
DINING: The dining room is across from the kitchen, and behind the living room. It has a large table that seats 10 people.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This bedroom is off of the living room to the left. It includes a king size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom that is very luxurious, with a double sink vanity and a huge stand-up, rain head shower with a bench seat. This bedroom also has access to the balcony that is off of the living room.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is to the right and down the hall when you get to the 2nd floor landing. It includes a king size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom that has a double sink vanity and a stand-up shower. This bedroom also has access to its own quaint balcony.
BUNK ROOM + BATHROOM #5: This is an amazing custom-built bunk room! It has 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks beds, and also one full-over-full bunk bed, sleeping a total of 8 people. The bathroom that belongs to this room is very cleverly designed for many people. There are 2 separate sink rooms, and another separate bath and toilet room, so multiple people can still be getting ready at the same time and have some privacy.
BATHROOM (HALF BATH) #8: There is another half bath located on this floor, in the hallway near the bunk room.
LAUNDRY #2: There is also a 2nd laundry room in this house. One on the 1st floor and this one on the 2nd floor.
3RD FLOOR:
ARCADE: At the top of the 3rd floor landing, you can either go left or right. Right will take you to this arcade room.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: If you go left, it will take you to the final bedroom. This bedroom includes a king size bed, two night stands, dresser, and flat screen tv. It also has a bathroom that has a single sink vanity. This bathroom can be private, or used as a shared half bath for the people visiting the very large patio and deck space.
ROOFTOP PATIO, DECK AND GAME SPACE: On the roof, there is a massive outdoor living and game space. A very large part of the space is covered and screened-in. Inside of the screened patio there is seating for 14 people and a flat screen tv. There is also a built-in grill, bar with a sink, and full-size fridge. There is then an even larger deck space that is not screened-in, however part of it is covered. There is more seating out here for 11 people. (8 in chairs, and 3 on a large swinging bench). A cornhole game is included for your entertainment!
Unfortunately there is no elevator access at this home.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.
•Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
