1ST FLOOR:
BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: It includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.
HALF BATH #5: This is located in the middle of the hall for easy convenience
SCREENED-IN PATIO + OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Located off the back of the home is a cozy screened-in patio space with a table and dining for 6. Also included is a gas grill. Just beside the patio is a covered area with 3 lounges and a mounted flat-screen TV.
BACKYARD: This backyard oasis has a Mediterranean feel with a private saltwater pool that can be heated in the cooler months.
2ND FLOOR:
KITCHEN: This fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the standard utensils and cookware. There is also a counter-height bar with 3 bar stools.
DINING ROOM: The dining room table has seating for 8 guests, with additional seating at the bar.
LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s in an open-concept layout next to the kitchen and dining room. It has an “L” shaped couch as well as an additional full-sized couch, 2 accent chairs, and a mounted 55-inch flat-screen TV. It flows seamlessly to the second-floor balcony.
BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combo.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.
BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules.

"I recently stayed at this spacious house and overall, it was a great experience! The house itself is quite large, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy. One highlight was the stunning view from the top floor, which made for a perfect backdrop during our stay. The only downside was that the pool was a bit smaller than I had anticipated. While it was still enjoyable, I was hoping for a larger space to swim and lounge. Tthe property was well-maintained and offered a comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend this house."

"Place was as described and looked like the photos. Was an easy 5 min walk to the beach and the deeded beach access was directly across the street (which is a huge plus for the area in my opinion). There was a wagon with a few random beach accessories that others had likely left behind in the garage that were useful. Location was great overall and plenty of things do around the area."

"We had a great week! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. I love the location. There was quick and easy access to the beach,although another key fob would be handy. It’s also close enough to walk to get ice cream which may have happened several nights while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I would have to say the Lost to Sea was the best home we have stayed in over the past 13 years coming to 30a. The home was beautiful with all the amenities. The private beach and the three minute walk to beach is the best and the location of Seagrove is my favorite, as we have stayed next-door on both sides of this home...I love the new shopping/restraunts/coffee next door and the ease to some of the best restaurants 30a has to offer. We will be back!"

"Amazing week for my family! Everyone had plenty of space to themselves (6 adults) with 3 balconies & a private pool. The walk to the private gate for beach access was literally right across the street! Communication before arrival, during our stay & after checkout was professional, thoughtful & very much appreciated!! We would absolutely love to vacation here again!"
